We are still OPEN and here when you need us


Following the recent announcements from the government – we’d like to reassure you that it’s very much business as usual here.

During these unsettling times, we wanted to let you know that we are open as normal. Our opening hours and the ways in which you can contact us are still the same, so you can rest assured that we're on hand to provide the same great service that you expect from us! 

Like everyone, we’ve found ourselves in a very strange situation over the last six months. But be rest assured we are still fighting for you.

Please make sure your details are correct during these difficult times.



During these unusual times Oxford City Branch of UNISON will be keeping you up-to-date via email only and to make sure we comply with the GDPR laws this is done via the UNISON WARMS systems (Web Access RMS) only 

If during the last two weeks if you have not received any emails from us it maybe because your details are out of date or you do not have an up to date email address logged on the system, to simply resolve this you can go online at  https://www.unison.org.uk/my-unison/ this site allows you to manage and update your own personal details or you can send us a valid email address to office@oxfordcityunison.com and we can update it for you. 

Sadly during these times and to support our comrades in the post room and at Royal Mail, it is not possible to post letters out to you

At the AGM, branch members do the following:

  • Ratify the election of Branch Officers
  • Ratify the election of stewards
  • Elect delegates to UNISON’s National and Local Government conferences
  • Vote on motions


Please let your line manager know as soon as possible if you wish to attend the AGM.  You are entitled to paid time off to attend the AGM (up to one hour) and reasonable time off for travel to and from the meeting.
