| Tuesday 28 April is International Workers’ Memorial Day. It's something we mark every year as we vow to "remember the dead; fight for the living”. In the middle of the COVID-19 outbreak, that has an added significance. That's why UNISON, the Royal College of Midwives and Royal College of Nursing called for a minute's silence at 11am on 28 April to remember those who have lost their lives in this pandemic: UNISON members, family and friends, people in our communities and those our members care for. | ||
